NewsRadio 950 am KWOS is Jefferson City's News Authority. We're your first choice for local, state, and national news from the KWOS 24-hour newsroom and our Zimmer Radio news bureaus throughout mid-Missouri. 950-KWOS is also a CBS News Affiliate and a member station of MissouriNet.

950-KWOS was the first radio station in Jefferson City, coming on-air in the 1920's as WOS and broadcasting from the Capitol rotunda.

950-KWOS has been the central Missouri home of St. Louis Cardinals baseball since 1938 and is also the home of St. Louis Rams football. KWOS also features football and baseball games from ESPN and CBS Sports.
